Who Are You Listening To?
By Mark Flippo
There were two men sitting on a park bench. The one was enjoying the chirping the crickets. He said, "don't they sing beautifully!" Yes, The other man remarked "They sound wonderful" This other man was listening to the church choir practicing. He was delighted with the singing. The first man remarked imagine they make that sound by rubbing their legs together!
You see it makes all the difference in the world on who you are listening to. God is always trying to talk to us, but we are not always listening with correct hearing. We need the eyes of our understanding opened.
Proverbs Chapter 3:
6 Listen for God's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he's the one who will keep you on track.
12 It's the child he loves that God corrects; a father's delight is behind all this. The Very Tree of Life
