Things Will Change For You!
By Mark Flippo
Psalms 27:14 - Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Nahum 1:7 - The LORD [is] good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
How many of you have hoped for things to change but it just never seems to happen? I know exactly how you are feeling! We have been waiting on God to change our financial standing. We have waited a very long time. It is easy to get discouraged but you just must look past what you see with your natural eyes and see through His Spirit that everything will be changed when He is ready.
That is the toughest lesson to learn. I do not like the waiting but it is a necessary part of growing as a Christian. I do not write to you from the standpoint of having worked it all out! We are still growing, although it seems very slow at times. At times, we seem to stand still! You see we do understand. My wife and I seem like we are sometimes slow learners. Sorry if you thought we were perfect! Let us keep God's timing in the forefront of our thoughts and maybe our patience will grow stronger! Keep the Faith Saints!
