Jesus Loves Us No Matter What
By Mark Flippo
1 Corinthians 13:7 ESV
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Romans 5:8 ESV
But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
1 John 4:16 ESV
So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
This is so True. The main point of this lesson is Jesus does Love us. However there are times we have walked too far away from Him and He lets us stay in our sin. He is a gentleman and will not force Himself upon you. He will speak very gently to you from time to time trying to get your attention. If you turn Him down it can come to the time He will no longer speak to you. He will leave you to die in your sin! I know for a fact I have heard a message in tongues and interpretation. Some of you may not believe in them, maybe because you have never experienced them.
The New Testament clearly talks about this very thing. Back to the message I heard, it was not hearsay. He said "I have come to you twice before, this is your last time to listen to me!" They did not listen and He left them. This is a very scary thing to hear. I prayed and checked my own life out to make sure it would not apply to me. I hope you take me very seriously about playing around with God and refusing to listen to His tender tugging on your heart! He will make an example of you to others not to do what you did!
