Do You Recognize Truth?
By Mark Flippo
Psalms 145:18 - The LORD [is] nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
John 8:32 - And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Ephesians 6:14 - Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, ....
You may get tired of all of the problems that seem to come your way. Did Jesus have a problem free life? He had to battle everyday. People that did not believe He was who He said He was. The three and half years that He ministered He had to fight doubt among His own. Many times those that know us do not give us respect.
That is how Jesus was done.
Even His own disciples had to be retrained from time to time. They thought His kingdom would be on this earth. It was after His death and resurrection that their eyes were opened. Then they understood all that He had told them. Then the disciples endured great persecution. We all have our cross to bear.
Bear your burdens with Joy in your heart. Do not complain because you think it is too much for you. It is not. He will always be mindful of how much you can bear. You will need to grow up in Him. As you grow things may get tougher but your rewards will be sweeter. You will be able to help more people as you mature in Him!
