Scripture tells us how important being happy is a health benefit. That is why jokes can be very helpful in relieving stress. Good enjoyment can be found in so many places. The main thing with this is be careful where you happiness comes from. Godly enjoyment is good but sinful enjoyment is a spiritual killer. If the wrong things bring you joy you need to make time to pray a lot for God to change your heart. He can help you to hate unclean things. Don't let this world corrupt your joy! Know in your heart and mind that your pure joy comes from God. Rebuke the unclean things that trouble your family. Live in the light of His Love.
