Starve Doubt, Feed Faith!
By Mark Flippo
John Chapter 11:
14-Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
15-And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.
17-Then when Jesus came, he found that he had lain in the grave four days already.
34-And said, Where have ye laid him? They said unto him, Lord, come and see.
35-Jesus wept.
Why would Jesus weep over losing Lazarus if He already knew He was going to raise him up again? Jesus wept because of unbelief. Jesus healed diseases and worked miracles in the lives of others but, no one in the family of Lazarus had faith to believe Jesus could raise Lazarus from the dead. Therefore Jesus wept.
Which are you feeding, doubt or Faith?
