Praise Through It All
By Mark Flippo
Psalm 34: (KJV)
1- I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2-My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3-O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4-I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
This is easier said than done! There are times it is like pulling teeth to push out a Praise from your heart. This last Sunday I was just exhausted! I kept falling asleep during Bible class. Well, guess who got caught snoozing. How did you know? I was so embarrassed. They all started laughing. Later when the message was being ministered I did the same thing. One difference this time I forced myself to say Amen.
To raise my hands in Worship.
I worshipped with everything I could muster from inside of me. I was determined to worship no matter what. It did not make any difference that I could barely hold my head up I was going to give God everything I could drag up or push out of myself. Because he deserves our Praise no matter how we feel. Being sick or any other thing should never stop your Praise. Next time you are under the weather Praise Him even more than normal. He will Bless your efforts because of your sacrifice! Love you'll. Let us make Him our number one priority! Amen!
