The Cost Is Too High!
By Mark Flippo
John 10:10 - The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.
1 Peter 5:8 - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Sin is never worth what it takes from you. It always takes far more that you can afford to give! It will destroy your mind. Devastate your body. It will push your friends away! Your family will be crushed! Sin will not be satisfied until you are dead, far from God. You will never have a chance to be saved! You will be lost forever! Who will you take with you?
You never die alone with sin.
You will always drag another with you. Will it be your younger sibling? A neighbor child that used to look up to you? Sin will bring devastation to all who don't kick it out of their lives permanently. You need help. Seek God and ask Him to guide you to the right help for you. Maybe He will bring that person to you! The main thing is to get started before your heart can no longer take the strain! You have that final heart attack and die, empty and alone!
