Seeking Higher Ground

Hosea 10:12
Sow with a view to righteousness, Reap in accordance with kindness; Break up your fallow ground, For it is time to seek the LORD Until He comes to rain righteousness on you.
Psalm 14:2
The LORD has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men To see if there are any who understand, Who seek after God.
The artwork above makes a great point. To lift others up you must be standing on higher ground. If you are down in your spirit you can not help anyone else. So many people are living beneath their privileges. Christians should never be depressed. However I know that there is almost more depression in Christianity than in the world. Anti-anxiety medicines are being prescribed like gang busters.
Why? We have let the devil creep into our homes and steal our joy and our peace. This must STOP! Go to God in prayer and ask for His help to drive that nasty thing out of your home and your lives! Get up and put on your whole armor of God and get to kicking some devil booty. You can do it with God's help!
