Searching For A Lost Coin!

Luke 15:8-10 (NIV)
8-“Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins[a] and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? 9-And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ 10-In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
When you lose something valuable to you, do you search for it? We had a coupon to take $40.00 off of our grocery bill, but lost it. That was a lot of money to us. We tore the house apart looking for it. I dug into the car searching for it. We looked everywhere except my wife's purse. Guess where we found it?
Yes that is right. I was so excited that we finally found it that it did not matter where it was found. Have any of you had a similar experience? I totally understand this woman and her lost coin. When you know someone is searching for something help them. It may be money. It may be a lost family member. Whatever it is pray with them and thereby showing God's Love through your compassion!
