Psalm 119:45-48 MSG 41-48 Let your love, God, shape my life with salvation, exactly as you promised. Then I’ll be able to stand up to mockery because I trusted your Word. Don’t ever deprive me of truth, not ever—our commandments are what I depend on. Oh, I’ll guard with my life what you’ve revealed to me, guard it now, guard it ever; And I’ll stride freely through wide open spaces as I look for your truth and your wisdom; Then I’ll tell the world what I find, speak out boldly in public, unembarrassed. I cherish your commandments—oh, how I love them!—relishing every fragment of your counsel.
In playing any game you need a plan. With God He has a plan for your life. You need a firm foundation. When God is working on you, He may want to hold onto some areas to be worked on later. Like you might see playing game. He sees that the top is good, but the foundation is weak. He holds onto that portion that is good, lifts it up and removes that part of your foundation under it, that is bad, then sets the top back down on the corrected foundation. This is a lifelong process! Trust Him to keep you on the potter's wheel. May you grow in Grace and Humility in Him! http://moderndayparablesrcf.com
