Please Don't Do That!

Websters explanation of stupid:
having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense:
What does the Bible say about stupidity?
There are many people who lack knowledge, but rather than trying to find it, they don’t. Fools remain in stupidity and would rather live in evil than learn the way of righteousness.
Scripture says that stupid people are people who act rashly, they are lazy, they are quick tempered, they pursue evil, they scoff at rebuke, they reject Christ as their Savior, and they deny God even with the clear evidence in the world. We are never to trust in our own minds but put our full trust in the Lord.
Avoid being stupid by meditating on God’s Word, which is good for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. Learn from your mistakes, don’t keep on repeating the same foolishness.
Proverbs 12:1 ESV
Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid.
Romans 1:22 ESV
Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
Proverbs 14:16-18 ESV
One who is wise is cautious and turns away from evil, but a fool is reckless and careless. A man of quick temper acts foolishly, and a man of evil devices is hated. The simple inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge.
Scripture is very plain about doing stupid things. Youthfulness of "Let's try this out" is at the head of the class! Sadly, it is not confined to youth. Drunk people really take the cake. Some can't enjoy themselves unless they have a drink in each hand! The news is full of such things. Accidents happen when you are not thinking clearly. Sadly, I know of deaths that have occurred because they could not see straight with the alcohol up too high. If you have someone close to you, please invest time in praying for them. Kids will be kids but just pray for a wall around them for protection just like Old Testament cities. Jesus, help us all.
