Some days, 24 hours is too much to stay put in, so I take the day hour by hour, moment by moment. I break the task, the challenge, the fear into small, bite-size pieces. 

I can handle a piece of fear, depression, anger, pain, sadness, loneliness, illness. I really put my hands up to my face, one next to each eye, like blinders on a horse.    By Regina Brett

Regina Brett said a mouthful! Taking things in small doses is easier than all at one time. That could be why the Bible says moderation in all things. Not just in the good but in the bad as well. At times we can be drama kings and queens. Sad but true. Let us learn God's ways of dealing with our problems with the right thinking.
