Opposites Attract!

These two businesses are in a great place that will help at least one of them! I just enjoy this appropriate use of a building. There seems to be something going on behind the scenes. I do know that some people that are the deciding factors for some business opportunities look for a place that is near to another business to be a benefit to their business. It really is smart to look before you jump into an opportunity that seems great.
Many have failed and continue to do so every year because of bad research. It takes time to launch any business, for those out there that have done so you know this first hand. I have known a few and some have done well but others did not last long and lost their shirts on trying. Do a lot of praying before you start anything new. If God does not give you the OK do not go against His Wisdom! Just wait maybe later it will be OK. If not He has saved your money and your sanity.
