What's Your Thread Count?

It's amazing all you can learn over your lifetime. Like the thread count for bed linens.
The lower the count the rougher they feel. The higher the thread count the smoother they feel. I didn't think it would make that big a difference. But it really does. My wife bought some new sheets with a higher count than what we normally do, and Wow was I wrong. (Don't tell her that.)
How does this help us today? When God looks at your heart and mind how refined are you? Do you have a lot of rough spots in your life? Have you surrendered your will and your life to Him so He can smooth out the rough places? Has He made you silk or are you hardheaded and your feel like burlap? Where is your thread count with Jesus? If you let Him, He will make you into the finest silk! Will you ask Him to tear down your walls? Let Him work on your inner parts! What do others you meet see? Jesus, please make me a better person so I do not rub people the wrong way! Let me Love all people like you do! Bless His name forever!
