The Two-Edged Coin!
By Mark and Marian Flippo
Blessings are not always joyful, and cursing's are not always sadness!
One example of this is my thyroid had been giving me problems; except I did not know it at the time. I went to doctor after doctor, and no one knew what was going on until I walked into a new doctor's office and he spotted the problem right away! He had my thyroid tested and it came back not registered on their scale! He asked me why I was not in a comma because most others would have been! My God protected me through it all. I took medicine for a few years and then one day in a retest I no longer needed the medicine because I was healed of the problem! Halleluiah!!
Isn't God Great?!
When people win the lottery, they think it is a blessing but really that is not the case.
Relatives come out of the woodwork asking for a handout. People want to get close to you until your money runs out like the prodigal son! In just a few short years they are broke again! Not much of a blessing, is it? There are countless examples in the world of broken dreams. Do you know of some that fit this lesson?
