Static Cling!
By Mark Flippo
Every time I am emptying the dryer there are clothes that are stuck to other clothes. Some fall out of the dryer onto the floor.
It seems like it is socks most of the time. It is not hard to pick them up off of the floor most of the time. If you're sick or injured it can be difficult to do. I find those clothes the disappear falling out of my pants legs. You see we are all in this tumble of life together. You never know who you will come in contact with. Sometimes in trying to help the world you lose someone close to you! Family or friend can fall to the floor. Sometimes we see this right away other times it can take a while. Stop and pick them up! We need to be prayerful, so we can be shown someone who is falling so they can get the help they need ASAP. I don't want to find out later that someone has left the LORD or worse they have died! I pray that like the parable of the Sower of the seed.
Matthew 13:2-8 describes the parable of the sower, where Jesus explains how different seeds (representing people) are sown in various environments (representing different circumstances) and how they produce different results:
2-4: A farmer sows seed, and some fall along the path, eaten by birds; some fall on rocky ground, sprout but wither; others fall among thorns, choked; and still others fall on good soil, producing a hundred or sixty or thirty times more.
5-8: Jesus explains that those who hear the message but do not understand it are like the weeds, while those who do understand and act on it are like the good seed, producing a significant harvest.
This parable illustrates the importance of understanding and the potential for spiritual growth and abundance in one's life.

Let us be mindful to help people with their troubled lives so they can become good ground! One last thought, why did He say 100-fold first then 60 then 30? He knew you could do the very least at 30 but the real overcomer will make an effort to be at 100-fold, the way God intended! God does have a preference! Love Mark
