Persimmons "They Are Sour!"

My wife and I have a persimmon tree just outside our front door to the right. When the fruit is green do not eat it because it will curl your toes! We know when it is ripe it is generally after the first frost and when they are falling onto the ground. The deer love them and at that time of year they are up next to the house eating them like there is no tomorrow!
Some uses are Dessert Toppers, Pies, Smoothie Ingredient, Salad Addition, Baking or a healthy Snack. Surprise, did you know all of that?
God showed me an object lesson using this fruit. You will go through bitter times in your life. It shows your humanity is not ready yet for a greater spiritual thing to happen to you! You have to go through gently or you can drag your feet, but you will have to go through it one way or another! It is not easy to have the rough edges removed so God can use you in sensitive areas! It will be worth it in the end! Let God change you from bitter to sweet so that others can receive from God through you that they have missed by others! You will become a great unique flavor for God to spread around!
