Overcooking

I can imagine that so many have had this experience. Food can get too hard to eat! Sometimes is burns on the bottom of your pot or pan! It is so embarrassing when your whole house has that you messed up burnt smell! Yuck! You start opening windows! Get out the air freshener!
It is sad when some people get put the test of God's fires to get rid of sin and bad ways of thinking become angry with God! Sometimes they just want to give up and walk away from Jesus! God's Holy fires can seem like it is too hot to bear for you! The test is never easy! You can get bitter or get better! The choice is yours! You pray for an answer to WHY, but God can be very tight lipped about such things! He wants you to learn to trust Him! Everyone that has been a student in their life knows that when the test is being given the teacher is quiet! Don't lose Faith in God just because you think the fire is too hot!
1 Corinthians 10:13- "But God is faithful; He will not suffer you to be tempted beyond that which ye are able to bear, but with the temptation will also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."
This verse reassures believers that God will not allow them to be tempted beyond their capacity and will provide a way to endure the temptation.
In the trial that can be hard to believe! Trust Him to take you through it! His Loves conquerors all!
Revelation 10:9- "It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth, it will be as sweet as honey." The phrase captures the idea that while the content may be challenging or difficult to digest, the truth and message of the scripture endures as something profound and comforting.
