Did You Turn Off The Iron?

Have you ever left home and suddenly you have that sinking feeling you have forgotten something? You are running through a long list in your mind until you settle on could I have left that stupid iron on! Surely not, you are so careful about such things. You have a mind flash of returning home to have it all burnt down! Thankfully you have a neighbor you can trust to go in your home and check. They call you back setting your worst fear at peace. Yes, you had turned it off as well as unplugged it! You breathe a little prayer of Thanksgiving to God for His Loving reminder when you are being pulled a dozen different ways! By the way you also turned the stove off! Being prepared and thorough is extremely important!
In witnessing, teaching or for some that are ministering! You need to have all your ducks in a row. Did you pray before you began your task? Did you read and meditate on God's Word? If someone is with you, did you discuss what you just read and what does it mean to you today? You never know that very question may come up in conversation. People want to know scripture but even more important how does it apply to them today! If you're not clear, how can you help anyone else understand!
We must stayed fasted and prayed up to know the answers they seek! Ask Jesus for help! He can open the eyes of your understanding! We need His anointing now more than ever before! When you have reached one soul the light will come on in their eyes! All the prep time will be so worth it! Make sure we light the right kind of fire in their lives! We don't want to burn down their house!
